Emmy Squared Pizza: Charlottesville

I’m gluten free, and didn’t have high expectations for the pizza crust. Let me just say, I don’t think anyone could do it better. Words have failed me. It didn’t seem like gluten free at all. And it wasn’t a crispy cauliflower crust. It was like a regular chewy bread pizza crust. I had margarita pizza with added spinach and kalamata olives. The rest of the family got a build your own with pepperoni, sausage and ham. Just fabulous. We also got a margarita drink, and it was really well made-very good. Service was friendly and prompt. It is a bit pricey. 100$ for the four of us, 1 reg size one large. But for GF crust alone, worth every penny!

This is the greatest pizza I have ever eaten. Wanted to try something new for father's day and came here with the family. Such a great environment for everyone. You could easily do a romantic date night or a family friendly meal like our (ask for dinosaurs). I ordered the VIP (sesame crust, peppers, pepperoni, and more) and was blown away, flavor for days, perfect texture! The topper was my wife who has celiac disease (no gluten) was able to order what she described as the greatest pizza crust shes ever had and stated we are always ordering from here from now on. Do yourself a favor and come here.
