Emmy Squared Pizza

If I could give 3.5 I would. I had their gluten free pizza and I give them an A plus for effort. The crust is clearly made by them and they really try. It’s a solid pizza. Very very salty though and apparently that’s how they do it for some reason. The sauce and cheese were fine. Not bad but not great. Hard to tell through all the salt. The dough is decent - very solid and kinda spongey. Had ok flavor to it. The wait staff was terrific though they waited a while to bring the pizza and it was lukewarm when we got it even though there were barely any customers in the place. That might have affected how it tasted

Yum! Another great find thanks to the Find Me Gluten Free app. They make their own gf crust for pizza and the bartender noted that they take allergies very seriously with an earnest effort to not cross contaminate food. They were so kind and helpful from the host to service and made exactly what I asked for with no gluten. The crust had a little grainy aftertaste but overall this was a stellar experience. From the first step in to the kitschy decor to the fun team members, I highly recommend this for solo, date night, or friendly get-togethers
