Everytime I'm in the Ft. Worth area I enjoy stopping by Emporium pie. The staff is super friendly and their pie selection is amazing. I recommend Bonnie and Pie'd and Smooth Operator . Also the Smooth Operator has a gluten free version as well.

Smooth Operator with Gluten Free Crust was Amazing! Chocolate lovers dream. Silky, smooth, dense, truffle-like texture. Melt in your mouth chocolatey goodness; the smooth operator should be called the Dark Chocolate Truffle Delight. So many more to try!
