Impressive Enchiladas—gluten-free options too. I have to eat gluten-free, which usually means enchiladas are off-limits, since most places mix flour into their sauces. But there were several sauce options available: verde, queso, and sour cream. I decided on brisket with verde sauce and sour cream chicken enchiladas. They were absolutely mouth-watering! The brisket was smoky, and the chicken was well-seasoned and flavorful. The rice had a really good flavor too! I was very impressed and will be back.
