Endicott Grille

This place kept popping up in my searches for Gluten free takeout. Slightly disappointed that their gluten free options are simply just things that are already gluten free, for example grilled chicken...and potatoes, and lettuce. Instead of a substitute like GF rolls or pasta which is fine as long as you don't specify gluten free options in your menu. Moving on from the gluten free family member, as I looked over the menu I was torn between the Reuben and the grilled chicken sandwich. Their menu says...grilled marinated chicken, lettuce ,tomato onion, pickle with a garlic aoli sounded great so I went with the grilled chicken. What I got was a very charred chicken breast with lettuce very hard unripe tomato and pickles. No mayo or aoli. Just a plain sandwich with 2 super thick cut very unripe tomatoes. My son liked the wings and the chicken ceasar salad was average. So 3 stars

Fantasic staff with great food and drink. Got to chat with the head chef who said the menu is largely gluten free and he plans on making the menu 100% in a few months. Fish and crab was fresh and very tasty. Homemade chips where fantastic and the chocolate mousse cake was amazing. Definatly recommend.
