What sadness and disappointment to learn that the gluten-free menu is not at all suitable for a Celiac person. The gluten-free pizza is cooked on the same surface as the gluten-free one, the veal is coated in wheat flour, the cold meats are not gluten-free...the kind waiter told me that he does mass cuisine. Please don't say anymore that you have a gluten-free menu. Ask the Quebec Celiac Disease Foundation who will be happy to inform you about gluten-free if you are still interested in a REAL gluten-free menu.
