Great regular pasta and also gluten free pasta

Disappointing experience in every respect. We had clearly asked for a meal suitable for a celiac person and we were assured that they had gluten-free pasta... they immediately told us that they didn't have a separate kitchen but that the pasta would still be cooked in a separate pot. However, during the meal, I found spaghetti with gluten on my plate, identical to the one served to my cousin. When I reported it, the staff denied having ever said that the pasta would be cooked in a separate pot, contradicting what was previously stated. After less than an hour I had a major reaction, with all the typical consequences of accidental ingestion of gluten. It is unacceptable that a serious problem like celiac disease is handled with such superficiality. Grossly negligent behavior. We won't be back nor do I recommend it
