Very kind staff. Unfortunately, on a Saturday evening in August... the owner should hire more staff to make the evening easier for both the customer and his employees. An advice? With the room so full there aren't enough waiters. The poor pizza chef (there were 3 of them) often went back and forth to serve the pizzas.
It's too hot, they don't even have a fan on.
All in all we ate well,
I would go back just for the gluten-free pizza and the kindness of the staff.
