Having experience with Michelin-starred restaurants, I believe that Epoka will soon join this group, and already many awarded places are outstanding - in terms of atmosphere, refined menu, cordial and professional service, and the involvement of the crew in the kitchen. Respect for the non-obvious history of Polish cuisine, the use of seasonal and local products such as truffle or wasabi root from the south of Poland... for people who had to or wanted to exclude gluten from the menu, the tasting menu is fully adapted and looks similar to the regular one, I recommend it with all my heart and stomach.
