I am at a Conference and we ordered box lunches: Turkey & Avocado, Ham Turkey &Cheese, Vegan, and Gluten Free. Every meal looked fantastic and I had the Turkey. It was amazing including alfalfa sprouts, a real salad and a yummy cookie... ...and my stomach feels full....enjoy your next meal...

We love Erik's normally so writing this review saddens me. We have used the Dublin location on 3 occasions now while we await our San Ramon one to re open from its refit. The first occasion wasn't too bad however the 2nd occasion on the 30th March and the 3rd occasion today was very disappointing. I went in both times and clearly gave my order and the sales assistant read it back as I asked for it, yet on the second occasion the soups were luke warm at best and ingredients from our sandwiches that we had requested was missing. As it was the same ingredients in both sandwiches that was missing we didn't think anything of it and thought maybe they had ran out, although would of been nice if they had told us. Then today after making sure my request for sandwich fillings was understood and read back to me correctly yet again my husbands sandwich was missing the same ingredient as before but this time mine had it, so definitely not a supply issue and to make matters worse the bread from both sandwiches was stale. Intact the gluten free bread was so bad my husband couldn't bite into it! We live in San Ramon so we have had to weigh up whether it was worth the fuel to take it back and complain or just loose the $5.99 of the sandwich. Really disappointed.
