Erling's Variety

Absolutely Amazing for Off-site Catering!!! After exploring a long list of caterers, I chose Erling's Variety for a cocktail party being held at a luxury venue - Manoir Chamberland. I ordered many different types of canapés, and the team at Erlings was wonderful to work with – they were extremely accommodating of the very long list of dietary restrictions, they provided different options for the dishes, and were very focused on making sure they did not sacrifice the quality when adapting to gluten-free, dairy-free diets. They prepared the most beautifully presented, the most elegant and delicious canapés; all of my guests were raving, they flocked to the food table for seconds and thirds and fourths, and the word “spectacular” was used over and over again. For my next event I will definitely go back to Erlings. While we usually go to ‘the usual’ caterers in Ottawa, Erlings went well beyond what I have have experienced in the past. Servings were generous, customer service was unparalleled (fast, flexible, friendly), and the Chef is just genius!

Very special local restaurant with amazing food. My partner has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way to adapt our charcuterie board by making fresh waffle fries instead of crackers. We did not have to ask for this, but they did so anyway!
