Escape Lounges

Am lactose intolerant, told by one member of staff that they had no milk alternative due to waiting for delivery, then spotted oatmilk in an under counter fridge 🤔 both coffee machines were broken, told bread rolls contained milk, offered gluten free bread but unless it's toasted it's not good, no option to toast it. Toilets aren't clean and are in need off refurbishment, bad levels of rust on fixtures and fittings.

Some poor reviews had me doubtful, but, was pleasantly surprised with this lounge. Staff were lovely and so friendly. Fresh hot breakfast, plus selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt & cereals (gluten free too). Coffee machine, bar and juices, all unlimited. It was quiet and comfortable. We were seated at a small table, but later asked if we could move to the bigger, comfier chairs and it was no problem. They just wanted to know when were due to fly, so they put us on a reserved table which we would clear in time. The only downside is that you don't have your own exclusive lounge toilets (have to go back upstairs) for the price, I would expect this. But would recommend for a relaxing pre-flight breakfast.
