They do some of the nicest, perhaps the nicest coffees in Aylesbury and the staff are a friendly bunch who know their regulars and treat them well.
Sometimes a few of the newer younger staff members do mess up orders a bit and the wait times can go a bit crazy at peak times but the manager is always helpful and they sort out any issues quickly so I think some of the more negative reviews are a little harsh.
An additional plus is they cater to my gluten free needs and do a top quality oat frappe, one of the best I've had. Recently they've had less gf cakes which is a shame but they still do top gf toasties
