I have loved Estoria Pizza since they opened. I am recently diagnosed Celiac so looked at their website to check and see if they had a GF crust. They do. Not only that but it is from a local bakery and is the best GF crust I have ever had. So now it’s amazing pizza that is safe for This Celiac! They also have made GF safety a priority which I appreciate so much.
