Made reservations.it was not too busy.service was wonderful.celiac friendly . We had Frenched chicken breast very strong on the ancho glazed but chicken cooked perfectly. Grilled filet mignonette was overcooked but more because I said medium instead of medium rare.

Our visit was wonderful! We were walking around and spotted etch (which I had read about online), so walked in and took a spot at the community table in the front of the restaurant. Josh provided excellent service, all while tending bar nearby. We shared the delicious Roasted Cauliflower as an appetizer, along with amazing gluten free rolls! I had the scallops and my husband had the filet. I had the pavlova for dessert, and my husband had pumpkin spice ice cream. All dishes were beautifully presented and SO delicious! The community table wound up being just us, which was awesome! We were on the early side. Thanks for helping us celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was a perfect experience!

Had a delicious meal at Etch last night! I am allergic to gluten and they were very knowledgeable and thorough! Highlights were the gluten free bread and butter, the Amarillo Cobb (GF), the venison, and dessert was outstanding- the neapolitian mousse bar and the cheesecake (GF). Highly recommend!
