Eterno restaurante

An incredible place we discovered by chance while traveling to Seville, and we won't hesitate to recommend it and return every time we visit. Most of the menu is gluten-free, and they're super attentive to this. We ordered the 8-course tasting menu (which they had no problem adapting to suit my gluten-intolerant partner) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a wonderful way to discover Sevillian cuisine with a modern twist. 10/10!

It's become my favorite restaurant, and now they've opened in the center of Seville, specifically in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. José Luis's food is incredible, and they have a customized menu with tapas and main courses, so you can dine on tapas or main courses if you prefer. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free! And what isn't (I think two items) is customized for you. They have a signature cocktail menu, and the wine list is very good!
