An incredible place we discovered by chance while traveling to Seville, and we won't hesitate to recommend it and return every time we visit.
Most of the menu is gluten-free, and they're super attentive to this. We ordered the 8-course tasting menu (which they had no problem adapting to suit my gluten-intolerant partner) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a wonderful way to discover Sevillian cuisine with a modern twist. 10/10!

It's become my favorite restaurant, and now they've opened in the center of Seville, specifically in the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
José Luis's food is incredible, and they have a customized menu with tapas and main courses, so you can dine on tapas or main courses if you prefer. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free! And what isn't (I think two items) is customized for you.
They have a signature cocktail menu, and the wine list is very good!
