More than just a pasta bar, it's a dedication to passion and love for all things Italian. It's a like a Subway for pizza and pasta and I really dig their vibe!!
After speaking to the owners at length, I found out that they make their own hot sauce, breadcrumb, ravioli, gnocchi and pizza bases. They are also really proud to promote gluten-free and calorie conscious options, as they should be!
Highly recommend the polenta chips and the chicken alla vodka.The Roman pizzas were light, crunchy and not the slightest bit oily. The Aperol XL was exactly that.. XL!!! And only best described as “delicious, yum, yum, yum, yum“. - @regaleatsmelb.
