Eudora Brewing Company

Checked out Eudora for the first time, and it was wonderful! They were having a Fall Festival event with vendors, which added to the atmosphere. The food is EXCELLENT! I had the flight of tacos. All were delicious, but I especially liked the carnitas. It was a perfect flavor balance of toppings with meat. My partner had the Hot One burger, which he really enjoyed. But the spinach artichoke dip was beyond fantastic (eat it with the bread or chips.... Both are phenomenal). The beers were tasty. Just a fair warning: they don't cell wine, ciders, or "giggle water" on Sundays (which is unfortunate for anyone who has gluten restrictions). Otherwise, great environment, food and drinks. Definitely a 5 out of 5.
