Eureka!

I planned to trip to the city and need a place to accommodate both my wife and I desire for a good quality meal and the safety of a place that knows how to prepare things for people with food allergies like my son. I made an inquiry to the website about their handling of gluten free and dairy free items. The general manager wrote back within minutes, providing an outline of how they approach safely, providing their food, and offering us the opportunity to make a reservation. We arrived at the time reserved and service was prompt, welcoming, and made us at ease. The food was spectacular. American fare is American fare is American fare, right? Wrong. The wings were executed flawlessly. Fries served thinner but not quite into pomme frittes delicacy, in a way that's well suited the truffle cheese upgrade. The sauces, rubs, and garnishes are the subtle touches that make "typical American fare," anything but typical.

10/10!!! Cannot recommend enough. My husband and I are hooked. Can’t believe we didn’t try it sooner. Food, service, atmosphere, all of it! The servers and manager (maybe owner?) are incredible. So kind, go above and beyond. Napa chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun has changed my life. Truffle cheese fries? I’m dead. Chocolate cake? My husband hasn’t stopped talking about it. We can’t get enough! Love it!
