Wow can't say enough about the folks at Everdine's...called them on a busy night after a Door Dash driver brought a different customer's order to our house, and their (Door Dash) customer service left much to be desired. Kelly at Everdine's answered and got to work immediately on not only resolving the issue with Door Dash and getting us a full refund, but took the time to personally drive the correct order to our house as the restaurant was closing and we couldn't get there in time to swap out our order. Customer service was above and beyond all expectations, and our sandwiches were delicious! My wife is gluten-free so being able to get an artisan sandwich hot and made to order is a real treat for her, and Everdine's definitely didn't disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food at a fair price and values exceptional customer service!
