When we asked the waitress, she immediately went to ask for who I understood was the chef to come out and help us. We needed gluten-free and lactose-free. My czech friend helped me with the communication. Also the celiac card in czech and hindi were of good help. After talking with him, he recommended few options and explained that he would prepare everything apart. Dinner was great!

If the waiter has no idea what ingredients the cooks put in the food, it's sad. The moment they recommend food containing flour to a person who has a strict gluten-free diet, it is life-threatening. Same with allergies.
We got beef instead of lamb, but we didn't want to argue anymore because it really wasn't worth it.
Very bad experience - do not recommend.
