The absolute best bread and pastries! And the sourdough is slow risen, and does not trigger my gluten sensitivity. I can’t tell you how exciting that is. I can eat regular (amazing) bread!

Fantastic bread and pastries. A real gem. John told me that their sour dough loaves are slow fermented and use kamut flour to make them more nutritious and less likely to trigger gluten sensitivity. I’ve got a thing for croissants and theirs really hit the spot! Plenty of space with a variety of sitting options and spaces.
