Ordered a gluten free bun burger which came out covered in breaded onions that were’t listed on the menu - manager was unapologetic saying they “can’t ask everyone if they have allergies as a lot as of people just like the bun” and that “lots of people order the impossible burger who aren’t vegans” which was ridiculous because veganism isn’t an allergy to meat. Really a poor attitude to have towards a legitimate concern, especially for a restaurant that charges $18 for a burger, and $2 extra for a gluten free bun. If a server expects a 20% tip, it shouldn’t be “too much to ask everyone” who orders a gluten free bun if they have a gluten allergy as the mgr states. Extremely lazy management, expensive food, overrated restaurant. Just go to Jesús, their management and staff can actually run a restaurant.
