Wow just had my first session of 4 at extend today as i recently purchased there $49 starter pack as i was quite nervous an have never tried pilates. But wow ive left feeling so good an keen for my next session. From the moment i walked in i felt so at eaze. Their lovely team of baristas welcomed me an were so friendly an made conversation while i was waiting for my class to start. Then apon starting my class i was amazed how well the instructor explained things. I can’t remember her name but she explained things so well an overall the energy an vibe amongst other members of the class was so refreshing! Ill Defitnely he going back for my next class an cant wait an To top it all off they had a variety of allergy free treats ranging from vegan to gluten free which i love as alot if the time i struggle to find these items being a coeliac my self. Cant wait for my be next class an of course a nice quality early morning coffee was a bonus to 😂
