I have eaten here twice before, and Fiamma has the BEST Gluten Free pizza crust I've ever had. The food made me come back, even though it's too expensive for frequent dining. HOWEVER, today I was in the neighborhood, so I popped in to buy pizza to have for dinner, and what a terrible idea! My GF pizza has something burned on the bottom of the crust, and the first flavor to touch my tongue was that of a charcoal briquet. In addition, I asked for sausage, but instead I got grilled chicken. I paid premium price by the topping, but one ingredient - mushrooms - was simply omitted. Same on my husband's pizza - no mushrooms. I paid $73 (including tip) for two 12" pizzas and didn't get what I ordered. And the otherwise delicious GF crust was inedible because of a sticky burned substance on the bottom. I called to inform them and they hung up on me. I will not be back again. - UPDATE: Due to the kind management response, I will definitely try them again. As I stated, the GF pizza crust is the best I have had anywhere, and I ate here 2 other times without problems.
