The thing about Fredy and his brother Franklin is to put a statue on them at the Fisherman's Wharf.
An urban and scoundrel cuisine that respects and works with local products like no one else. We wanted to try a Brujo and boy did we try it. Half fried in their signature style and the other adapted for my wife who has celiac disease.
Good people, hardworking and a magician in the kitchen. Highest quality in Santa Cruz.
The cocktails are world class. The Gin Basil Smash at the level of any 50 Best Bars cocktail bar.
