Franc Jrs (Nobby’s) did have the best gluten free bases on the GC when they opened but they’ve changed them to thin, almost break your teeth, hard crispy crust. I live closer to their Coolangatta location (which also serves hard crust) but would drive to Nobbys for their light, fluffy gluten free bases. Toppings are amazing but I find it so hard to eat the hard base :(
Please bring it back the light fluffy, chewable gluten free bases to both locations!!!!
