FUSIAN

I placed a doordash order but have a severe gluten allergy and couldn’t find any options to include my allergy on my order. I called the store and a very kind girl answered and promised to make sure my order was gluten free (and put all my sauces on the side). Not only did she do that, but she also included a sweet message that said “Prepared with allergy procedure, we got you.” I wish I got her name, but a huge thank you to Fusian for a delicious and safely gluten free order!

This is one of my favorite restaurants! As a celiac, I need to be extremely careful when eating out. Fusian is excellent with allergies. Everything is labeled and they have safe techniques that put my mind ate ease. The staff is exceedingly friendly and service is very quick! Highly recommended!
