Good option for gluten free/dairy free dining. There is a cross contamination factor for the slicer machine, but if you have an allergy they hand cut it. I recommend the crunchy salmon roll, the tempura they sprinkle on top is gluten free👍

This isn't blow your mind amazing sushi BUT it's still pretty darn good, plus the customer service has been amazing. I have Celiac Disease, they've gone out of their way to clean surfaces, change gloves and hand cut my rolls. For that, 5 stars.
