I've come to eat at Feng's more than once.
Price: average for Parma (so dinner with a bottle of water is around €30 per person)
Good quality, never had any problems. Better than Parma if we talk about dish presentation.
Lots of choice for those who don't eat raw fish and many fried dishes/starters. They have a selection of products for those with celiac disease, so excellent.
It is super note in their favor open on Mondays.
