Fable All Day

Stumbled upon this cute coffee shop and glad we did! The gluten free waffle was delicious and the Autumn Latte was honestly the best latte I’ve had in Seattle! The staff were super nice as well. Will definitely come back!

We tried a new café in Beacon Hill, and it’s definitely worth a visit! The cornmeal waffles were a standout, they were light, flavorful, and a great option for anyone looking for gluten-free choices. I also had the nitro cold brew with vanilla and oat foam, which was excellent. The foam was smooth and perfectly done, adding just the right balance of flavor and texture. For something savory, we ordered the pesto chicken sandwich, and it was delicious. Very cute ambiance as well with beautiful decor. Overall, everything I tried was spot on, and the quality really impressed me. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.
