My partner is severely allergic to gluten, and this was absolutely the best place we've ever visited for food.
The staff was really knowledgeable no matter where we ate.
I recommend it for those with celiac disease and gluten intolerance.

I would have given it 0.5, but I can't! First of all, it's not a 5-star hotel... beautiful place, but incompetent and lacking in rigor. I have a severe allergy to gluten (celiac disease) and after informing the kitchen staff, they assured me that my dish was gluten-free! Nice surprise! In fact, the room service cooks didn't even know what gluten was... so I was poisoned and had a hell of an evening... In addition, I had asked to have gluten-free dishes heated to avoid such a situation, but I was bluntly refused access to them. In short, a lot of negligence that ruined my stay! Do not go there!!
