Fairmont Tremblant

A true 5-star hotel!!! First of all, it was an honor for us to attend the opening of the new Gold section of the Fairmount Mont-Tremblant Hotel. The facilities were incredible! It was like a hotel within a hotel. We were immediately impressed upon arrival! We were greeted directly on the 7th floor, in the brand new Gold section, by an attendant who explained the facilities and restaurants in detail, as my partner suffers from a severe gluten allergy due to her celiac disease. This greatly reassured us! The manager of the Gold section is also very impressive. He leaves nothing to chance and, like his entire team, makes sure we lack nothing. His global experience is clearly evident! I WANT TO EMPHASIZE BY WRITING IN BOLD LETTERS THAT WE HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS AROUND THE WORLD, SOME EVEN 5-STAR, AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME MY PARTNER HAS RETURNED FROM A TRIP WITHOUT ANY SYMPTOMS RELATED TO HER ALLERGY! This is all thanks to the extraordinary team in the new GOLD section who took great care of her at the breakfast buffet and also made sure that every restaurant took precautions. A BIG WOW! A huge thank you to the entire team, from the valet parking to the housekeeping staff! I highly recommend!!!

5-star service! My partner and I discovered Mont Tremblant and the Fairmont for the first time to celebrate our 7th anniversary. What can I say other than that we had a fabulous experience. We didn't want to leave! Thanks to Mirlandys for their welcome and kindness, to Tom at the front desk for his kindness, to Tom at the Axe bar for his sense of humor (and the cocktails are delicious at the bar), and to Patrick, Jean Sébastien, Tristan, and Clémence at breakfast (a superb, well-stocked breakfast with a varied selection and even gluten-free options for those with intolerances). The valet/bellhop service was also extremely kind (Benoit, and the head valet, whose name I didn't see) because they took the time to alert us to a problem with our car, which we were already aware of but intended. We will definitely return.
