I was searching for vegan & gluten free cakes in Buffalo and reviews online pointed me to Fairycakes. They exceeded my expectations! From the start as I was communicating what I wanted via email they were so open and available to make my birthday cake dream come true! My friends who shared the cake with me agreed with me that if you didn't know it was vegan and gluten free you would have never guessed it was! The cake was so light and the icing so rich!
