Fajita Pete's - Overland Park

The manager and staff were very friendly and welcoming! Sadly, they are not yet serving their margaritas due to some kind of delay in securing their liquor license. Instead, we had two frozen lemonades, chips, salsa, and queso dip, chicken verde enchiladas, shrimp tacos on corn tortillas, and rice and refried beans as our sides. Everything was delicious, especially the handmade corn tortillas! They're thicker than typical corn tortillas and I love that because they're extra filling. The tacos only come with two tacos but were actually the perfect portion since the tortillas are more substantial and they loaded them up with perfectly cooked shrimp! The sides were delicious as well. (I'm so happy their rice is gluten-free!) i think it's great that the meals come with guac, sour cream, and salsa.

They had a really quick turnaround for an order of 17 people. They were able to easily accommodate gluten free and dairy free order. The food was hot and fresh. I heartily recommend.
