Famoso Italian Pizzeria - Jasper National Park

My family enjoyed their pizzas, but I had a gluten free pizza crust and it was among the worst I've had; very floury base that dried out my mouth on each bite. There weren't enough toppings to make up for the dryness... something I highly recommend they change if they have to keep the dough recipe. It was akin to eating floury cardboard, but tougher. Otherwise, a nice atmosphere (great normal pizzas) and decent service.

My recent visit to Famoso restaurant in Jasper was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped inside.Our server, Steven, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. One of our party members had dietary restrictions and needed a gluten-free option. To our delight, Famoso offered a fantastic gluten-free pizza on their menu. We ordered it along with two other pizzas, and they were all simply mouthwatering! The crusts were perfectly thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and bursting with flavor. The restaurant was well-maintained, and the seating arrangements provided a comfortable and intimate setting for our group. Thank you, Famoso, for an unforgettable evening filled with delicious food and impeccable hospitality. We'll certainly be back on our next visit to Jasper!
