We have been a regular here for years. Once in a while, there have been misfires. But yesterday was another. Pizza arrived late, burned, and barely warm. The excuse was that the gluten-free pizza took longer to cook. But BOTH pizzas were barely warm! They redid the pizzas. Now, they were not burned but barely warm. The salad was quite wilted and not edible.
The restaurant only had a couple of customers at the time. The staff certainly were not paying attention, and we're more engaged with each other than the customers.
