Famous Archie’s

Stopped by here after a long drive getting to the nearby Bass Lake campground. Ordered a Whammy with the “Make it Famous Combo”. Without exaggeration, it was probably THE best burger I’ve ever had. Fresh everything, balanced flavours, cooked to perfection, and cheese melted just right. The chocolate milkshake was thick and tasted like ice cream, and the fries were thick cut and super hot and fresh. While the bottom bun did get a bit soggy, I ate that thing so fast, it didn’t really matter! It was our first time here, and the woman at the counter explained everything properly and didn’t rush us to decide. Everything came out fast, and someone even came around to talk with us and make sure we were enjoying our meal. My only wish is they had some sort of seasoned salt or spice mix for the fries, for those of us who like a little 🌶️🌶️ kick. Otherwise, combined with the fact they have gluten free options, this place is a 10/10!
