We have lived in Niwot 7 years and love Fans. We have two kids with celiac and their willingness to meet our gluten free needs with flavor and understanding have made us regulars. Our boys claim they have the best general Taos chicken (regular and gf)!! We enjoy their garlic eggplant and mu shu dishes!
