Fancy Flavors Bakeshop & Cafe

I had a great experience at this cute little shop. The staff were all super friendly, definitely ask them to explain anything you’re curious about! I ended up trying their “Mac Brownie” which I learned is a brownie they bake using macaron shells as their ‘flour’ component which actually makes them gluten-free (for those who have that dietary restriction). Nevertheless, it was a very solid brownie and a bit on the sweeter side. They also have a “Mac Pie” with similar concept. I also got an iced coffee which was solid and they have a good selection of fun flavors to choose from as well. They seem to have a good rotation of seasonal items. I just quickly stopped by but I’d be interested in coming back for sure to try some of their other treats. The shop inside is quite small but does have some seating that would fit maybe 6-8 people.

Jessica and her team at Fancy Flavors Bakeshop did it again! This is the second gluten-free cake that I have ordered in less than two months. This was a custom ordered cake for my daughter’s birthday. I communicated with Jessica through email and we were able to come up with the design of what I wanted for my daughter’s cake. The cake came out beautifully! My daughter loved it, and everyone said that it tasted great. They couldn’t believe that it was gluten-free. It is also hard to find bakeries that make gluten-free cakes. That’s why I’m so glad to have found Fancy Flavors. They are now our go to bakery. Thanks again!
