My experience has been great. Nice place, clean and cared for in every detail, especially friendly and careful service. The letter is another topic, but for the better. We have gone from Valencia, on the recommendation of my son and his girlfriend who is Celiac. Regarding their intolerance, the facilities they give you to enjoy a dish with a small variation is appreciated, since in most restaurants they prefer not to serve you. Very careful so that there is no cross contamination and without putting on a bad face as is happening in many other places. Now let's get to the important thing, "The pleasure of eating" has been incredible, well-crafted, carefully prepared and well-prepared dishes, an explosion of flavors in the mouth, good wine and spectacular treatment from the owner. I have tried several dishes on the menu, my stomach usually complains immediately if the oils are not taken care of, I have left feeling light in my stomach. I have felt at home!! I recommend the potato bites with egg yolk and truffle, they are eaten in one bite and the sensation of flavors in the mouth is spectacular There is public parking nearby, this makes it much easier to go from other areas of Valencia.

The truth is, a surprising restaurant. Very good and elaborate food, excellent service, impeccable attention. We had dinner with a person with celiac disease and there was no problem, the dishes were adapted and prior explanations were given to avoid cross contamination. The manager in place and the waitresses very respectful and polite. The price, honestly, seemed very good to us. We will definitely return
