True Neapolitan served by friendly staff. They use 100% Italian wheat. I normally am gluten free (not celiac but some gluten sensitivity); their pizza dough doesn't bother me--just like when in Italy:). I also love their use of pecorino romano--also used in Europe, and as an aged sheep (rather than cow) cheese it is both tasty and easier on my digestion. Italian sodas are a treat, as is tiramisu! Highly recommended!

My brother is Gluten free for health reasons ( not alergic) but this pizza does not hurt him! The imported ingredients make all the difference!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! It was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing!!!

Went to Farina in Grani for an early Friday dinner and I could not be more impressed by the quality of the pizza. The texture of the crust is perfect and the ingredients used are top notch. They have a very simple menu with maybe 10 items. It does not appear there are any substitutions available, but you don’t need them!!! The combination of textures and balance of flavors was outstanding. If you are wanting gluten free crust or a kid’s menu, there is none available.
