Went to Farina in Grani for an early Friday dinner and I could not be more impressed by the quality of the pizza. The texture of the crust is perfect and the ingredients used are top notch. They have a very simple menu with maybe 10 items. It does not appear there are any substitutions available, but you don’t need them!!! The combination of textures and balance of flavors was outstanding. If you are wanting gluten free crust or a kid’s menu, there is none available.

It was absolutely delicious! I usually always have a bit of an intolerance to gluten but after eating their food I seriously didn’t feel any of that! Proves that quality is phenomenal.
