Ordered the Roberto gluten-free pasta for delivery and it’s absolutely delicious!! I have been eating wheat-free for five years now and this is definitely one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had (hence the half-eaten pasta pic haha). I will definitely order this again on future trips. I don’t have to avoid dairy, but to anyone who does: this dish does contain cream and Romano cheese. I’m not sure if there are any substitutes.
