Farmers' Storehouse - Organic Food Co-Op , Flour Mill & Bakery

I’m so excited to have a local miller here in Tennessee! Farmer Storehouse’s flour is absolutely amazing. I’ve struggled with gluten issues since childhood, but I decided to take a chance on their flour—and I haven’t had a single problem. I’ve now switched all my baking flour to theirs! On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I always thought I was gluten sensitive. Turns out I'm glyphosate sensitive. Since I have been using all the flours from Farmer's Storehouse, I can eat anything I make with it with no inflammation. I don't use any other flour. I'm so glad I found you guys!

I met some of the fabulous, beautiful people running this company in June, at a home homestead conference in TN, WOW!!!! I asked 200 questions, bought some flour and went home. Several months later I finally started my sourdough starter. I was excited to get those bubbles, so I posted a pic on FB, couple friends want some bread when i make it and 2 others want some of my starter and love the idea of clean grains. So I added a few more bags to my order... well I messed up and didn't include the "grind" on my whole order. I had to make that dreaded call, and we know how it can go (these days) with a call to customer service - to my surprise I didn't get a grumpy grump on the other end of the line!!! I had a fabulous informational conversation with Rafael. He was HAPPY to share the answers to my questions and elaborated on so many things. I REALLY appreciated the additional info and it's SO refreshing to have a smiling voice on the phone rather than an annoyed one. THANK YOU for taking the time to answer my 50 questions with a smile and helpful attitude. I'm hopeful that my order gets here soon and that my gluten sensitive gut loves your grains - I really really really want some real bread!!
