Farmhouse tavern

Had the eggs benny with salmon on a gluten free English muffin with half home fries half salad. Was one of the better brunches I’ve had in the city.

We made a reservation for three for brunch, which was easy to make. When we arrived, the place was bustling. Not all menu items were on their blackboard, and they had some specials. We ordered eggs benny, eggs in a nest, and the barn burger. We were full afterwards; my only issue was that it was too salty for me. There were vegetarian and gluten-free menu items. We appreciated the ethos behind Farmhouse Tavern, where the ingredients come from local farms, and they strive to reduce their carbon footprint. Alcohol also comes from local breweries and wineries. We enjoyed our experience—a great local spot to meet up with friends.
