Farmstrong is probably the premier eating experience in the North Okanagan. They do things their way! The dining is either outside or inside a large timber frame barn. The dining is seasonal owing to the fact that the dining areas are not insulated. Don't fret though. There are giant space heaters suspended above as well as blankets!
The food is simple but great and the portions are large. I left pleasantly full each time I ate there. The brisket is really tasty. The hamburger is the best in the valley. I haven't tried the pizza but it looks great. I indulged in a cheesecake for dessert and my colleague had a gluten free chocolate cake. My cheesecake was fair... Nicely plated but I have had some really incredible cheesecake... The cake was huge and rich.
