Firstly want to acknowledge how allergen friendly this restaurant is. It’s incredibly difficult to find a pizzeria that offers gluten free options that aren’t made from soy. As someone that cannot consume either, it’s so pleasant to find a place that catered to my allergens. As for the food, it was delicious. Fresh, crispy pizza topped with flavourful sauce and toppings. We ordered a GF margherita and a GF patate e tartufo which were phenomenal - perfectly seasoned and cooked to near perfection. And I can never not given credit where it’s due - the staff are absolutely lovely and provide such warm service. Looking forward to making this a regular dining spot.
