The gluten free base was quite good but I found the gambero pizza inedible it was so over spiced. I'd also requested minimal tomatoes (cherry tomatoes) meaning just a small amount for dietary restriction reasons. Instead the pizza came loaded with this cooked tomato mush. I'd also specified no garlic or onion. This tomato sauce looked/tasted like it had both. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to this pizza after a difficult day. It was extremely expensive, even factoring in a couple of prawns etc.

Great pizza for people who don’t want to eat white flour nor commercial ‘gluten free’ flour loaded with canola oil and chemicals. This spelt pizzeria is the healthiest way to enjoy pizza and this is the only place we eat pizza in Melbourne!
