We went to this shop this evening with my wife, we booked take-away sandwiches by phone, one of which was gluten-free. The place is located in the center of the city of Sassari, about twenty meters from the central square. It is on the road, the you can also see it while in the car. Parking is available for a fee and is also accessible for disabled people as it is on the ground floor. The place is medium to small, bright and clean from what I see and well organized for those who are intolerant or allergic to gluten or called celiac disease. The owners are very helpful with information and are careful to help you satisfy your palate as much as possible. The price and quality is average for other restaurants in this sector and the same goes for the gluten-free niche. Overall good, definitely worth returning.

I've had a gluten-free burger twice and was pleasantly surprised, the bread is so good you don't even realize the difference! It also didn't leave me feeling heavy, recommended!
