As a gluten free vegan with other allergies I emailed Fat Annie’s before visiting and James sent a really lovely email reply suggesting what I could eat and also to ask on the day to double check with staff. On arrival James was super friendly and alterations to my order were made with absolutely no bother at all and didn’t make me feel like a burden which happens 90% of the time to me. Then the food arrived…. I cannot put into words how incredible the Hula Burger was. I almost cried! I have never tasted such great vegan food. Very single bite was savoured. If I hadn’t been so full I’d have eaten another! Whether you are vegan or not this is THE place to eat in Leeds. 😍
